Our Return Policy:

 

Your satisfaction is important to us. Every single item is carefully inspected to ensure that it meets our highest standard of quality before it is packed for shipment and sent to you.

If you are not completely satisfied with the items received, if there is a human and or virtual error in the description, we will gladly refund the items purchased,

Our return instructions & guidelines:

 

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!

  • We do not accept any returns on any orders for multiple reasons, some of them -but not limited- are, mostly hygiene, and for the fact that most of our products are unique and took a lot of effort to bring them to you.  We personally inspect each item's quality.      Plain & Simple.

  • Lost in Transit: If the shipping tracking number shows that it was delivered to the address that you have provided at the time of your order, it will not be considered as lost in transit, and there will be no refund, or credit, and or replacement. If the delivery company delivered your package to the wrong address, please contact the shipping company to re-deliver, it is your responsibility not ours. Also, there will be no refund and or credit, and or replacements for any claims that it was damaged in transit, if you do not report it within 24 hours of the delivery date.

  • If you have received the wrong item and you wish to return it, simply send us an email to at: ZUNparalleled@outlook.com with the title labeled with the order number and the word WRONG ITEM RETURN. We will then guide you through the process. If you the customer ordered the wrong item and want to change your mind, that does not qualify for a return. Returns are only on item(s) that did not match your in person and or online order(s), if the item(s) match the order, there will be no returns and or exchange accepted. 

 

  • Any product(s) that has(have) been used or worn and or damaged by you, regardless of the circumstances. may not be returned, period. Item(s) damaged in transit must be reported to the shipping company IMMEDIATELY within 24 hours from the delivery date, not the received date, as proof that it was damaged during their process, not while it was in YOUR position, if you fail to do so, it will result in an invalid return reason(s), also, notify us so it can be returned to us for refund (takes up to 1-3 billing cycles). There will be no replacements, since most of our items are one-of-a-kind, you may find similar ones, but most (not all products) are unique and not one is exactly like the other (applies to one-of-a-kind-item(s)), and we simply are a small family business, we do not have a large stock, and sometimes we have to back order. So, if you REALLY like something, get it while you still can!!! Sometimes we simply have limited quantities, one of a kind or not. If we can replace it, we will let you know.

  • We are a small hard working family owned business (re-sellers, designers, sellers), not a mass production factory. Every item we purchase for trade and or re-sale, every item we design and make for sale, EVERYTHING we upscale for extraordinary uniqueness, it is chosen with great care, time and effort, therefore; we have VERY strict return policy to protect ourselves from scammers & window shoppers, and people who live to take free money from good hard working family owned companies (EX: some may buy things wear/use them, then return them-). We will not accept returns for items that you simply no longer wish to keep, because you have changed your mind.

  • Regularly priced, Sale & Clearance & or HANDMADE UNIQUE ONE OF A KIND ITEMS items are ALL FINAL SALES, there will be as much detailed information on each item online, on their description & why they are on sale and or clearance as possible. We will not accept any returns, we will not process any credits, and we will not send any exchange/replacements for any Sales and or Clearance items, and you the customer and or buyer not reading this declaimer page and or any other clearly provided information on our website www.zunparalleled.com and or our approved related social pages does not grant you a return.

 

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the items are received by us for damaged (by us) PROVEN & REPORTED within 24 hours of delivery dated (not from your received date) in transit items and or wrong items shipped by us ONLY. Refunds will be given for the original purchase price indicated on your invoice/receipt, not for its current price or the price it maybe at the time of your return or any future price; when approved by us, you will be credited within 1-3 billing cycles for what you have paid for at the time of the returned item on your order. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error, otherwise shipping charges are not refundable. Damaged in transit is not considered our fault, it is completely the shipping company's mistake, and we will do our best to help you out.

 

  • Credits on approved & returned merchandise will be refunded to the original payment method: credit card or PayPal account. Please allow 1 to 3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

 

To wrap the return & credit policy up, returns on: 1- damaged in transit (reported within 24 hours of delivery date to the shipping company and us), 2- Lost in transit (reported to the shipping company and us with the tracking number that we have provided you at the time of your order as proof), If the delivery company delivered your package to the wrong address, please contact the shipping company to re-deliver, it is your responsibility not ours. 3-received wrong items (if its our own fault), are ONLY considered with valid proof(s) of the incident(s) from BOTH the customer and the shipping company within 7 business days of the shipping date. If there is no proof, there will be no consideration process, therefore; there will be no credit(s) and or refund(s) and or replacement(s) as mentioned above.

Reminder: We are a small HONEST HARD WORKING FAMILY BUSINESS, and go through a lot of effort to procure, design, trade, sell, re-sell, prepare and ship those items. So, this is not a window shopping experience.   Please, order only if you are serious about buying, thanks.
